1  And Jacob³²⁹⁰ called⁷¹²¹ unto⁴¹³ his sons,¹¹²¹ and said,⁵⁵⁹ Gather yourselves together,⁶²² that I may tell⁵⁰⁴⁶ you that ⁸⁵³ which⁸³⁴ shall befall⁷¹²² you in the last³¹⁹ days.³¹¹⁷

2  Gather yourselves together,⁶⁹⁰⁸ and hear,⁸⁰⁸⁵ ye sons¹¹²¹ of Jacob;³²⁹⁰ and hearken⁸⁰⁸⁵ unto⁴¹³ Israel³⁴⁷⁸ your father.¹

3  Reuben,⁷²⁰⁵ thou⁸⁵⁹ art my firstborn,¹⁰⁶⁰ my might,³⁵⁸¹ and the beginning⁷²²⁵ of my strength,²⁰² the excellency³⁴⁹⁹ of dignity,⁷⁶¹³ and the excellency³⁴⁹⁹ of power:⁵⁷⁹⁴

4  Unstable⁶³⁴⁹ as water,⁴³²⁵ thou shalt not⁴⁰⁸ excel;³⁴⁹⁸ because³⁵⁸⁸ thou wentest up⁵⁹²⁷ to thy father's¹ bed;⁴⁹⁰⁴ then²²⁷ defiledst²⁴⁹⁰ thou it: he went up⁵⁹²⁷ to my couch.³³²⁶

5  Simeon⁸⁰⁹⁵ and Levi³⁸⁷⁸ are brethren;²⁵¹ instruments³⁶²⁷ of cruelty²⁵⁵⁵ are in their habitations.⁴³⁸⁰

6  O my soul,⁵³¹⁵ come⁹³⁵ not⁴⁰⁸ thou into their secret;⁵⁴⁷⁵ unto their assembly,⁶⁹⁵¹ mine honor,³⁵¹⁹ be not⁴⁰⁸ thou united:³¹⁶¹ for³⁵⁸⁸ in their anger⁶³⁹ they slew²⁰²⁶ a man,³⁷⁶ and in their self-will⁷⁵²² they digged down⁶¹³¹ a wall.⁷⁷⁹¹

7  Cursed⁷⁷⁹ be their anger,⁶³⁹ for³⁵⁸⁸ it was fierce;⁵⁷⁹⁴ and their wrath,⁵⁶⁷⁸ for³⁵⁸⁸ it was cruel:⁷¹⁸⁵ I will divide²⁵⁰⁵ them in Jacob,³²⁹⁰ and scatter⁶³²⁷ them in Israel.³⁴⁷⁸

8  Judah,³⁰⁶³ thou⁸⁵⁹ art he whom thy brethren²⁵¹ shall praise:³⁰³⁴ thy hand³⁰²⁷ shall be in the neck⁶²⁰³ of thine enemies;³⁴¹ thy father's¹ children¹¹²¹ shall bow down⁷⁸¹² before thee.

9  Judah³⁰⁶³ is a lion's⁷³⁸ whelp:¹⁴⁸² from the prey,^{4480 2964} my son,¹¹²¹ thou art gone up:⁵⁹²⁷ he stooped down,³⁷⁶⁶ he couched⁷²⁵⁷ as a lion,⁷³⁸ and as an old lion;³⁸³³ who⁴³¹⁰ shall rouse him up?⁶⁹⁶⁵

10  The scepter⁷⁶²⁶ shall not³⁸⁰⁸ depart⁵⁴⁹³ from Judah,^{4480 3063} nor a lawgiver²⁷¹⁰ from between^{4480 996} his feet,⁷²⁷² until^{5704 3588} Shiloh⁷⁸⁸⁶ come;⁹³⁵ and unto him shall the gathering³³⁴⁹ of the people⁵⁹⁷¹ be.

11  Binding⁶³¹ his foal⁵⁸⁹⁵ unto the vine,¹⁶¹² and his ass's⁸⁶⁰ colt¹¹²¹ unto the choice vine;⁸³²¹ he washed³⁵²⁶ his garments³⁸³⁰ in wine,³¹⁹⁶ and his clothes⁵⁴⁹⁷ in the blood¹⁸¹⁸ of grapes:⁶⁰²⁵

12  His eyes⁵⁸⁶⁹ shall be red²⁴⁴⁷ with wine,^{4480 3196} and his teeth⁸¹²⁷ white³⁸³⁶ with milk.^{4480 2461}

13  Zebulun²⁰⁷⁴ shall dwell⁷⁹³¹ at the haven²³⁴⁸ of the sea;³²²⁰ and he¹⁹³¹ shall be for a haven²³⁴⁸ of ships;⁵⁹¹ and his border³⁴¹¹ shall be unto⁵⁹²¹ Zidon.⁶⁷²¹

14  Issachar³⁴⁸⁵ is a strong¹⁶³⁴ ass²⁵⁴³ couching down⁷²⁵⁷ between⁹⁹⁶ two burdens:⁴⁹⁴²

15  And he saw⁷²⁰⁰ that³⁵⁸⁸ rest⁴⁴⁹⁶ was good,²⁸⁹⁶ and the land⁷⁷⁶ that³⁵⁸⁸ it was pleasant;⁵²⁷⁶ and bowed⁵¹⁸⁶ his shoulder⁷⁹²⁶ to bear,⁵⁴⁴⁵ and became¹⁹⁶¹ a servant⁵⁶⁴⁷ unto tribute.⁴⁵²²

16  Dan¹⁸³⁵ shall judge¹⁷⁷⁷ his people,⁵⁹⁷¹ as one²⁵⁹ of the tribes⁷⁶²⁶ of Israel.³⁴⁷⁸

17  Dan¹⁸³⁵ shall be¹⁹⁶¹ a serpent⁵¹⁷⁵ by⁵⁹²¹ the way,¹⁸⁷⁰ an adder⁸²⁰⁷ in⁵⁹²¹ the path,⁷³⁴ that biteth⁵³⁹¹ the horse⁵⁴⁸³ heels,⁶¹¹⁹ so that his rider⁷³⁹² shall fall⁵³⁰⁷ backward.²⁶⁸

18  I have waited⁶⁹⁶⁰ for thy salvation,³⁴⁴⁴ O LORD.³⁰⁶⁸

19  Gad,¹⁴¹⁰ a troop¹⁴¹⁶ shall overcome¹⁴⁶⁴ him: but he¹⁹³¹ shall overcome¹⁴⁶⁴ at the last.⁶¹¹⁹

20  Out of Asher^{4480 836} his bread³⁸⁹⁹ shall be fat,⁸⁰⁸² and he¹⁹³¹ shall yield⁵⁴¹⁴ royal⁴⁴²⁸ dainties.⁴⁵⁷⁴

21  Naphtali⁵³²¹ is a hind³⁵⁵ let loose:⁷⁹⁷¹ he giveth⁵⁴¹⁴ goodly⁸²³³ words.⁵⁶¹

22  Joseph³¹³⁰ is a fruitful⁶⁵⁰⁹ bough,¹¹²¹ even a fruitful⁶⁵⁰⁹ bough¹¹²¹ by⁵⁹²¹ a well;⁵⁸⁶⁹ whose branches¹³²³ run⁶⁸⁰⁵ over⁵⁹²¹ the wall:⁷⁷⁹¹

23  The archers^{1167 2671} have sorely grieved⁴⁸⁴³ him, and shot⁷²³² at him, and hated⁷⁸⁵² him:

24  But his bow⁷¹⁹⁸ abode³⁴²⁷ in strength,³⁸⁶ and the arms²²²⁰ of his hands³⁰²⁷ were made strong⁶³³⁹ by the hands^{4480 3027} of the mighty⁴⁶ God of Jacob;³²⁹⁰ (from thence^{4480 8033} is the shepherd,⁷⁴⁶² the stone⁶⁸ of Israel:)³⁴⁷⁸

27  Benjamin¹¹⁴⁴ shall ravin²⁹⁶³ as a wolf:²⁰⁶¹ in the morning¹²⁴² he shall devour³⁹⁸ the prey,⁵⁷⁰⁶ and at night⁶¹⁵³ he shall divide²⁵⁰⁵ the spoil.⁷⁹⁹⁸

28  All³⁶⁰⁵ these⁴²⁸ are the twelve^{8147 6240} tribes⁷⁶²⁶ of Israel:³⁴⁷⁸ and this²⁰⁶³ is it that⁸³⁴ their father¹ spoke¹⁶⁹⁶ unto them, and blessed¹²⁸⁸ them; every one^{376 834} according to his blessing¹²⁹³ he blessed¹²⁸⁸ them.

29  And he charged⁶⁶⁸⁰ them, and said⁵⁵⁹ unto⁴¹³ them, I⁵⁸⁹ am to be gathered⁶²² unto⁴¹³ my people:⁵⁹⁷¹ bury⁶⁹¹² me with⁴¹³ my fathers¹ in⁴¹³ the cave⁴⁶³¹ that⁸³⁴ is in the field⁷⁷⁰⁴ of Ephron⁶⁰⁸⁵ the Hittite,²⁸⁵⁰

30  In the cave⁴⁶³¹ that⁸³⁴ is in the field⁷⁷⁰⁴ of Machpelah,⁴³⁷⁵ which⁸³⁴ is before^{5921 6440} Mamre,⁴⁴⁷¹ in the land⁷⁷⁶ of Canaan,³⁶⁶⁷ which⁸³⁴ Abraham⁸⁵ bought⁷⁰⁶⁹ with⁸⁵⁴ the field⁷⁷⁰⁴ of^{4480 854} Ephron⁶⁰⁸⁵ the Hittite²⁸⁵⁰ for a possession²⁷² of a burial place.⁶⁹¹³

31  There⁸⁰³³ they buried^{6912 853} Abraham⁸⁵ and Sarah⁸²⁸³ his wife;⁸⁰² there⁸⁰³³ they buried^{6912 853} Isaac³³²⁷ and Rebekah⁷²⁵⁹ his wife;⁸⁰² and there⁸⁰³³ I buried^{6912 853} Leah.³⁸¹²

32  The purchase⁴⁷³⁵ of the field⁷⁷⁰⁴ and of the cave⁴⁶³¹ that⁸³⁴ is therein was from^{4480 854} the children¹¹²¹ of Heth.²⁸⁴⁵

33  And when Jacob³²⁹⁰ had made an end³⁶¹⁵ of commanding^{6680 853} his sons,¹¹²¹ he gathered up⁶²² his feet⁷²⁷² into⁴¹³ the bed,⁴²⁹⁶ and yielded up the ghost,¹⁴⁷⁸ and was gathered⁶²² unto⁴¹³ his people.⁵⁹⁷¹

3 Ρουβην πρωτότοκός μου σύ ἰσχύς μου καὶ ἀρχὴ τέκνων μου σκληρὸς φέρεσθαι καὶ σκληρὸς αὐθάδης

4 ἐξύβρισας ὡς ὕδωρ μὴ ἐκζέσῃς ἀνέβης γὰρ ἐπὶ τὴν κοίτην τοῦ πατρός σου τότε ἐμίανας τὴν στρωμνήν οὗ ἀνέβης

5 Συμεων καὶ Λευι ἀδελφοί συνετέλεσαν ἀδικίαν ἐξ αἱρέσεως αὐτῶν

6 εἰς βουλὴν αὐτῶν μὴ ἔλθοι ἡ ψυχή μου καὶ ἐπὶ τῇ συστάσει αὐτῶν μὴ ἐρείσαι τὰ ἥπατά μου ὅτι ἐν τῷ θυμῷ αὐτῶν ἀπέκτειναν ἀνθρώπους καὶ ἐν τῇ ἐπιθυμίᾳ αὐτῶν ἐνευροκόπησαν ταῦρον

8 Ιουδα σὲ αἰνέσαισαν οἱ ἀδελφοί σου αἱ χεῖρές σου ἐπὶ νώτου τῶν ἐχθρῶν σου προσκυνήσουσίν σοι οἱ υἱοὶ τοῦ πατρός σου

9 σκύμνος λέοντος Ιουδα ἐκ βλαστοῦ υἱέ μου ἀνέβης ἀναπεσὼν ἐκοιμήθης ὡς λέων καὶ ὡς σκύμνος τίς ἐγερεῖ αὐτόν

10 οὐκ ἐκλείψει ἄρχων ἐξ Ιουδα καὶ ἡγούμενος ἐκ τῶν μηρῶν αὐτοῦ ἕως ἂν ἔλθῃ τὰ ἀποκείμενα αὐτῷ καὶ αὐτὸς προσδοκία ἐθνῶν

11 δεσμεύων πρὸς ἄμπελον τὸν πῶλον αὐτοῦ καὶ τῇ ἕλικι τὸν πῶλον τῆς ὄνου αὐτοῦ πλυνεῖ ἐν οἴνῳ τὴν στολὴν αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐν αἵματι σταφυλῆς τὴν περιβολὴν αὐτοῦ

12 χαροποὶ οἱ ὀφθαλμοὶ αὐτοῦ ἀπὸ οἴνου καὶ λευκοὶ οἱ ὀδόντες αὐτοῦ ἢ γάλα

13 Ζαβουλων παράλιος κατοικήσει καὶ αὐτὸς παρ᾽ ὅρμον πλοίων καὶ παρατενεῖ ἕως Σιδῶνος

14 Ισσαχαρ τὸ καλὸν ἐπεθύμησεν ἀναπαυόμενος ἀνὰ μέσον τῶν κλήρων

15 καὶ ἰδὼν τὴν ἀνάπαυσιν ὅτι καλή καὶ τὴν γῆν ὅτι πίων ὑπέθηκεν τὸν ὦμον αὐτοῦ εἰς τὸ πονεῖν καὶ ἐγενήθη ἀνὴρ γεωργός

16 Δαν κρινεῖ τὸν ἑαυτοῦ λαὸν ὡσεὶ καὶ μία φυλὴ ἐν Ισραηλ

17 καὶ γενηθήτω Δαν ὄφις ἐφ᾽ ὁδοῦ ἐγκαθήμενος ἐπὶ τρίβου δάκνων πτέρναν ἵππου καὶ πεσεῖται ὁ ἱππεὺς εἰς τὰ ὀπίσω

18 τὴν σωτηρίαν περιμένω κυρίου

19 Γαδ πειρατήριον πειρατεύσει αὐτόν αὐτὸς δὲ πειρατεύσει αὐτῶν κατὰ πόδας

20 Ασηρ πίων αὐτοῦ ὁ ἄρτος καὶ αὐτὸς δώσει τρυφὴν ἄρχουσιν

21 Νεφθαλι στέλεχος ἀνειμένον ἐπιδιδοὺς ἐν τῷ γενήματι κάλλος

22 υἱὸς ηὐξημένος Ιωσηφ υἱὸς ηὐξημένος ζηλωτός υἱός μου νεώτατος πρός με ἀνάστρεψον

23 εἰς ὃν διαβουλευόμενοι ἐλοιδόρουν καὶ ἐνεῖχον αὐτῷ κύριοι τοξευμάτων

24 καὶ συνετρίβη μετὰ κράτους τὰ τόξα αὐτῶν καὶ ἐξελύθη τὰ νεῦρα βραχιόνων χειρῶν αὐτῶν διὰ χεῖρα δυνάστου Ιακωβ ἐκεῖθεν ὁ κατισχύσας Ισραηλ

25 παρὰ θεοῦ τοῦ πατρός σου καὶ ἐβοήθησέν σοι ὁ θεὸς ὁ ἐμὸς καὶ εὐλόγησέν σε εὐλογίαν οὐρανοῦ ἄνωθεν καὶ εὐλογίαν γῆς ἐχούσης πάντα ἕνεκεν εὐλογίας μαστῶν καὶ μήτρας

26 εὐλογίας πατρός σου καὶ μητρός σου ὑπερίσχυσεν ἐπ᾽ εὐλογίαις ὀρέων μονίμων καὶ ἐπ᾽ εὐλογίαις θινῶν ἀενάων ἔσονται ἐπὶ κεφαλὴν Ιωσηφ καὶ ἐπὶ κορυφῆς ὧν ἡγήσατο ἀδελφῶν

27 Βενιαμιν λύκος ἅρπαξ τὸ πρωινὸν ἔδεται ἔτι καὶ εἰς τὸ ἑσπέρας διαδώσει τροφήν

28 πάντες οὗτοι υἱοὶ Ιακωβ δώδεκα καὶ ταῦτα ἐλάλησεν αὐτοῖς ὁ πατὴρ αὐτῶν καὶ εὐλόγησεν αὐτούς ἕκαστον κατὰ τὴν εὐλογίαν αὐτοῦ εὐλόγησεν αὐτούς

29 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς ἐγὼ προστίθεμαι πρὸς τὸν ἐμὸν λαόν θάψατέ με μετὰ τῶν πατέρων μου ἐν τῷ σπηλαίῳ ὅ ἐστιν ἐν τῷ ἀγρῷ Εφρων τοῦ Χετταίου

30 ἐν τῷ σπηλαίῳ τῷ διπλῷ τῷ ἀπέναντι Μαμβρη ἐν τῇ γῇ Χανααν ὃ ἐκτήσατο Αβρααμ τὸ σπήλαιον παρὰ Εφρων τοῦ Χετταίου ἐν κτήσει μνημείου

31 ἐκεῖ ἔθαψαν Αβρααμ καὶ Σαρραν τὴν γυναῖκα αὐτοῦ ἐκεῖ ἔθαψαν Ισαακ καὶ Ρεβεκκαν τὴν γυναῖκα αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐκεῖ ἔθαψα Λειαν

32 ἐν κτήσει τοῦ ἀγροῦ καὶ τοῦ σπηλαίου τοῦ ὄντος ἐν αὐτῷ παρὰ τῶν υἱῶν Χετ

33 καὶ κατέπαυσεν Ιακωβ ἐπιτάσσων τοῖς υἱοῖς αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐξάρας τοὺς πόδας αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὴν κλίνην ἐξέλιπεν καὶ προσετέθη πρὸς τὸν λαὸν αὐτοῦ

‎2 ‏הִקָּבְצ֥וּ וְשִׁמְע֖וּ בְּנֵ֣י יַעֲקֹ֑ב וְשִׁמְע֖וּ אֶל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֥ל אֲבִיכֶֽם׃

‎3 ‏רְאוּבֵן֙ בְּכֹ֣רִי אַ֔תָּה כֹּחִ֖י וְרֵאשִׁ֣ית אוֹנִ֑י יֶ֥תֶר שְׂאֵ֖ת וְיֶ֥תֶר עָֽז׃

‎4 ‏פַּ֤חַז כַּמַּ֙יִם֙ אַל־תּוֹתַ֔ר כִּ֥י עָלִ֖יתָ מִשְׁכְּבֵ֣י אָבִ֑יךָ אָ֥ז חִלַּ֖לְתָּ יְצוּעִ֥י עָלָֽה׃ פ

‎5 ‏שִׁמְע֥וֹן וְלֵוִ֖י אַחִ֑ים כְּלֵ֥י חָמָ֖ס מְכֵרֹתֵיהֶֽם׃

‎6 ‏בְּסֹדָם֙ אַל־תָּבֹ֣א נַפְשִׁ֔י בִּקְהָלָ֖ם אַל־תֵּחַ֣ד כְּבֹדִ֑י כִּ֤י בְאַפָּם֙ הָ֣רְגוּ אִ֔ישׁ וּבִרְצֹנָ֖ם עִקְּרוּ־שֽׁוֹר׃

‎7 ‏אָר֤וּר אַפָּם֙ כִּ֣י עָ֔ז וְעֶבְרָתָ֖ם כִּ֣י קָשָׁ֑תָה אֲחַלְּקֵ֣ם בְּיַעֲקֹ֔ב וַאֲפִיצֵ֖ם בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ ס

‎8 ‏יְהוּדָ֗ה אַתָּה֙ יוֹד֣וּךָ אַחֶ֔יךָ יָדְךָ֖ בְּעֹ֣רֶף אֹיְבֶ֑יךָ יִשְׁתַּחֲוּ֥וּ¹ לְךָ֖ בְּנֵ֥י אָבִֽיךָ׃

‎9 ‏גּ֤וּר אַרְיֵה֙ יְהוּדָ֔ה מִטֶּ֖רֶף בְּנִ֣י עָלִ֑יתָ כָּרַ֨ע רָבַ֧ץ כְּאַרְיֵ֛ה וּכְלָבִ֖יא מִ֥י יְקִימֶֽנּוּ׃

‎10 ‏לֹֽא־יָס֥וּר שֵׁ֙בֶט֙ מִֽיהוּדָ֔ה וּמְחֹקֵ֖ק מִבֵּ֣ין רַגְלָ֑יו עַ֚ד כִּֽי־יָבֹ֣א שילה שִׁיל֔וֹ וְל֖וֹ יִקְּהַ֥ת עַמִּֽים׃

‎11 ‏אֹסְרִ֤י לַגֶּ֙פֶן֙ עירה עִיר֔וֹ וְלַשֹּׂרֵקָ֖ה בְּנִ֣י אֲתֹנ֑וֹ כִּבֵּ֤ס בַּיַּ֙יִן֙ לְבֻשׁ֔וֹ וּבְדַם־עֲנָבִ֖ים סותה סוּתֽוֹ׃

‎12 ‏חַכְלִילִ֥י עֵינַ֖יִם מִיָּ֑יִן וּלְבֶן־שִׁנַּ֖יִם מֵחָלָֽב׃ פ

‎13 ‏זְבוּלֻ֕ן לְח֥וֹף יַמִּ֖ים יִשְׁכֹּ֑ן וְהוּא֙ לְח֣וֹף אֳנִיּ֔וֹת וְיַרְכָת֖וֹ עַל־צִידֹֽן׃ ס

‎14 ‏יִשָּׂשכָ֖ר חֲמֹ֣ר גָּ֑רֶם רֹבֵ֖ץ בֵּ֥ין הַֽמִּשְׁפְּתָֽיִם׃

‎15 ‏וַיַּ֤רְא מְנֻחָה֙ כִּ֣י ט֔וֹב וְאֶת־הָאָ֖רֶץ כִּ֣י נָעֵ֑מָה וַיֵּ֤ט שִׁכְמוֹ֙ לִסְבֹּ֔ל וַיְהִ֖י לְמַס־עֹבֵֽד׃ ס

‎16 ‏דָּ֖ן יָדִ֣ין עַמּ֑וֹ כְּאַחַ֖ד שִׁבְטֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

‎17 ‏יְהִי־דָן֙ נָחָ֣שׁ עֲלֵי־דֶ֔רֶךְ שְׁפִיפֹ֖ן עֲלֵי־אֹ֑רַח הַנֹּשֵׁךְ֙ עִקְּבֵי־ס֔וּס וַיִּפֹּ֥ל רֹכְב֖וֹ אָחֽוֹר׃

‎18 ‏לִֽישׁוּעָתְךָ֖ קִוִּ֥יתִי יְהוָֽה׃

‎19 ‏גָּ֖ד גְּד֣וּד יְגוּדֶ֑נּוּ וְה֖וּא יָגֻ֥ד עָקֵֽב׃ ס

‎20 ‏מֵאָשֵׁ֖ר שְׁמֵנָ֣ה לַחְמ֑וֹ וְה֥וּא יִתֵּ֖ן מַֽעֲדַנֵּי־מֶֽלֶךְ׃ ס

‎21 ‏נַפְתָּלִ֖י אַיָּלָ֣ה שְׁלֻחָ֑ה הַנֹּתֵ֖ן אִמְרֵי־שָֽׁפֶר׃ ס

‎22 ‏בֵּ֤ן פֹּרָת֙ יוֹסֵ֔ף בֵּ֥ן פֹּרָ֖ת עֲלֵי־עָ֑יִן בָּנ֕וֹת צָעֲדָ֖ה עֲלֵי־שֽׁוּר׃

‎23 ‏וַֽיְמָרֲרֻ֖הוּ וָרֹ֑בּוּ וַֽיִּשְׂטְמֻ֖הוּ בַּעֲלֵ֥י חִצִּֽים׃

‎24 ‏וַתֵּ֤שֶׁב בְּאֵיתָן֙ קַשְׁתּ֔וֹ וַיָּפֹ֖זּוּ זְרֹעֵ֣י יָדָ֑יו מִידֵי֙ אֲבִ֣יר יַעֲקֹ֔ב מִשָּׁ֥ם רֹעֶ֖ה אֶ֥בֶן יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

‎25 ‏מֵאֵ֨ל אָבִ֜יךָ וְיַעְזְרֶ֗ךָּ וְאֵ֤ת שַׁדַּי֙ וִיבָ֣רְכֶ֔ךָּ בִּרְכֹ֤ת שָׁמַ֙יִם֙ מֵעָ֔ל בִּרְכֹ֥ת תְּה֖וֹם רֹבֶ֣צֶת תָּ֑חַת בִּרְכֹ֥ת שָׁדַ֖יִם וָרָֽחַם׃

‎26 ‏בִּרְכֹ֣ת אָבִ֗יךָ גָּֽבְרוּ֙ עַל־בִּרְכֹ֣ת הוֹרַ֔י עַֽד־תַּאֲוַ֖ת גִּבְעֹ֣ת עוֹלָ֑ם תִּֽהְיֶ֙ין֙¹ לְרֹ֣אשׁ יוֹסֵ֔ף וּלְקָדְקֹ֖ד נְזִ֥יר אֶחָֽיו׃ פ

‎27 ‏בִּנְיָמִין֙ זְאֵ֣ב יִטְרָ֔ף בַּבֹּ֖קֶר יֹ֣אכַל עַ֑ד וְלָעֶ֖רֶב יְחַלֵּ֥ק שָׁלָֽל׃

‎28 ‏כָּל־אֵ֛לֶּה שִׁבְטֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל שְׁנֵ֣ים עָשָׂ֑ר וְ֠זֹאת אֲשֶׁר־דִּבֶּ֨ר לָהֶ֤ם אֲבִיהֶם֙ וַיְבָ֣רֶךְ אוֹתָ֔ם אִ֛ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֥ר כְּבִרְכָת֖וֹ בֵּרַ֥ךְ אֹתָֽם׃

‎29 ‏וַיְצַ֣ו אוֹתָ֗ם וַיֹּ֤אמֶר אֲלֵהֶם֙ אֲנִי֙ נֶאֱסָ֣ף אֶל־עַמִּ֔י קִבְר֥וּ אֹתִ֖י אֶל־אֲבֹתָ֑י אֶל־הַ֨מְּעָרָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר בִּשְׂדֵ֖ה עֶפְר֥וֹן הַֽחִתִּֽי׃

‎30 ‏בַּמְּעָרָ֞ה אֲשֶׁ֨ר בִּשְׂדֵ֧ה הַמַּכְפֵּלָ֛ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר עַל־פְּנֵי־מַמְרֵ֖א בְּאֶ֣רֶץ כְּנָ֑עַן אֲשֶׁר֩ קָנָ֨ה אַבְרָהָ֜ם אֶת־הַשָּׂדֶ֗ה מֵאֵ֛ת עֶפְרֹ֥ן הַחִתִּ֖י לַאֲחֻזַּת־קָֽבֶר׃

‎31 ‏שָׁ֣מָּה קָֽבְר֞וּ אֶת־אַבְרָהָ֗ם וְאֵת֙ שָׂרָ֣ה אִשְׁתּ֔וֹ שָׁ֚מָּה קָבְר֣וּ אֶת־יִצְחָ֔ק וְאֵ֖ת רִבְקָ֣ה אִשְׁתּ֑וֹ וְשָׁ֥מָּה קָבַ֖רְתִּי אֶת־לֵאָֽה׃

‎32 ‏מִקְנֵ֧ה הַשָּׂדֶ֛ה וְהַמְּעָרָ֥ה אֲשֶׁר־בּ֖וֹ מֵאֵ֥ת בְּנֵי־חֵֽת׃

‎33 ‏וַיְכַ֤ל יַעֲקֹב֙ לְצַוֹּ֣ת אֶת־בָּנָ֔יו וַיֶּאֱסֹ֥ף רַגְלָ֖יו אֶל־הַמִּטָּ֑ה וַיִּגְוַ֖ע וַיֵּאָ֥סֶף אֶל־עַמָּֽיו׃

1 Vocavit autem Jacob filios suos, et ait eis: Congregamini, ut annuntiem quæ ventura sunt vobis in diebus novissimis.

audite Israël patrem vestrum:

3 Ruben, primogenitus meus,
tu fortitudo mea, et principium doloris mei;
prior in donis, major in imperio.

4 Effusus es sicut aqua, non crescas: quia ascendisti cubile patris tui,
et maculasti stratum ejus.

vasa iniquitatis bellantia.

6 In consilium eorum non veniat anima mea,
et in cœtu illorum non sit gloria mea:
quia in furore suo occiderunt virum,
et in voluntate sua suffoderunt murum.

7 Maledictus furor eorum, quia pertinax:
et indignatio eorum, quia dura:
dividam eos in Jacob,
et dispergam eos in Israël.

8 Juda, te laudabunt fratres tui:
manus tua in cervicibus inimicorum tuorum,
adorabunt te filii patris tui.

9 Catulus leonis Juda:
ad prædam, fili mi, ascendisti:
requiescens accubuisti ut leo,
et quasi leæna: quis suscitabit eum?

10 Non auferetur sceptrum de Juda,
et dux de femore ejus,
donec veniat qui mittendus est,
et ipse erit expectatio gentium.

11 Ligans ad vineam pullum suum,
et ad vitem, o fili mi, asinam suam,
lavabit in vino stolam suam
et in sanguine uvæ pallium suum.

12 Pulchriores sunt oculi ejus vino,
et dentes ejus lacte candidiores.

13 Zabulon in littore maris habitabit,
et in statione navium
pertingens usque ad Sidonem.

14 Issachar asinus fortis
accubans inter terminos.

15 Vidit requiem, quod esset bona
et terram, quod optima:
et supposuit humerum suum ad portandum,
factusque est tributis serviens.

16 Dan judicabit populum suum
sicut et alia tribus in Israël.

17 Fiat Dan coluber in via,
cerastes in semita,
mordens ungulas equi,
ut cadat ascensor ejus retro.

18 Salutare tuum expectabo, Domine.

19 Gad, accinctus præliabatur ante eum:
et ipse accingetur retrorsum.

20 Aser, pinguis panis ejus,
et præbebit delicias regibus.

21 Nephthali, cervus emissus,
et dans eloquia pulchritudinis.

22 Filius accrescens Joseph, filius accrescens et decorus aspectu:
filiæ discurrerunt super murum.

23 Sed exasperaverunt eum et jurgati sunt,
invideruntque illi habentes jacula.

24 Sedit in forti arcus ejus,
et dissoluta sunt vincula brachiorum et manuum illius
per manus potentis Jacob:
inde pastor egressus est, lapis Israël.

25 Deus patris tui erit adjutor tuus,
et omnipotens benedicet tibi
benedictionibus cæli desuper, benedictionibus abyssi jacentis deorsum,
benedictionibus uberum et vulvæ.

26 Benedictiones patris tui confortatæ sunt benedictionibus patrum ejus,
donec veniret desiderium collium æternorum:
fiant in capite Joseph,
et in vertice Nazaræi inter fratres suos.

27 Benjamin lupus rapax,
mane comedat prædam,
et vespere dividet spolia.]

28 Omnes hi in tribubus Israël duodecim: hæc locutus est eis pater suus, benedixitque singulis benedictionibus propriis.

29 Et præcepit eis, dicens: Ego congregor ad populum meum: sepelite me cum patribus meis in spelunca duplici quæ est in agro Ephron Hethæi,

30 contra Mambre in terra Chanaan, quam emit Abraham cum agro ab Ephron Hethæo in possessionem sepulchri.

31 Ibi sepelierunt eum, et Saram uxorem ejus: ibi sepultus est Isaac cum Rebecca conjuge sua: ibi et Lia condita jacet.

32 Finitisque mandatis quibus filios instruebat, collegit pedes suos super lectulum, et obiit: appositusque est ad populum suum.
