1  And it came to pass¹⁹⁶¹ on the eighth⁸⁰⁶⁶ day,³¹¹⁷ that Moses⁴⁸⁷² called⁷¹²¹ Aaron¹⁷⁵ and his sons,¹¹²¹ and the elders²²⁰⁵ of Israel;³⁴⁷⁸

2  And he said⁵⁵⁹ unto⁴¹³ Aaron,¹⁷⁵ Take³⁹⁴⁷ thee a young^{1121 1241} calf⁵⁶⁹⁵ for a sin offering,²⁴⁰³ and a ram³⁵² for a burnt offering,⁵⁹³⁰ without blemish,⁸⁵⁴⁹ and offer⁷¹²⁶ them before⁶⁴⁴⁰ the LORD.³⁰⁶⁸

3  And unto⁴¹³ the children¹¹²¹ of Israel³⁴⁷⁸ thou shalt speak,¹⁶⁹⁶ saying,⁵⁵⁹ Take³⁹⁴⁷ ye a kid⁸¹⁶³ of the goats⁵⁷⁹⁵ for a sin offering;²⁴⁰³ and a calf⁵⁶⁹⁵ and a lamb,³⁵³² both of the first¹¹²¹ year,⁸¹⁴¹ without blemish,⁸⁵⁴⁹ for a burnt offering;⁵⁹³⁰

4  Also a bullock⁷⁷⁹⁴ and a ram³⁵² for peace offerings,⁸⁰⁰² to sacrifice²⁰⁷⁶ before⁶⁴⁴⁰ the LORD;³⁰⁶⁸ and a meat offering⁴⁵⁰³ mingled¹¹⁰¹ with oil:⁸⁰⁸¹ for³⁵⁸⁸ today³¹¹⁷ the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ will appear⁷²⁰⁰ unto⁴¹³ you.

5  And they brought^{3947 853} that which⁸³⁴ Moses⁴⁸⁷² commanded⁶⁶⁸⁰ before^{413 6440} the tabernacle¹⁶⁸ of the congregation:⁴¹⁵⁰ and all³⁶⁰⁵ the congregation⁵⁷¹² drew near⁷¹²⁶ and stood⁵⁹⁷⁵ before⁶⁴⁴⁰ the LORD.³⁰⁶⁸

6  And Moses⁴⁸⁷² said,⁵⁵⁹ This²⁰⁸⁸ is the thing¹⁶⁹⁷ which⁸³⁴ the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ commanded⁶⁶⁸⁰ that ye should do:⁶²¹³ and the glory³⁵¹⁹ of the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ shall appear⁷²⁰⁰ unto⁴¹³ you.

7  And Moses⁴⁸⁷² said⁵⁵⁹ unto⁴¹³ Aaron,¹⁷⁵ Go⁷¹²⁶ unto⁴¹³ the altar,⁴¹⁹⁶ and offer^{6213 853} thy sin offering,²⁴⁰³ and thy burnt offering,⁵⁹³⁰ and make an atonement³⁷²² for¹¹⁵⁷ thyself, and for¹¹⁵⁷ the people:⁵⁹⁷¹ and offer^{6213 853} the offering⁷¹³³ of the people,⁵⁹⁷¹ and make an atonement³⁷²² for¹¹⁵⁷ them; as⁸³⁴ the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ commanded.⁶⁶⁸⁰

8  Aaron¹⁷⁵ therefore went⁷¹²⁶ unto⁴¹³ the altar,⁴¹⁹⁶ and slew^{7819 853} the calf⁵⁶⁹⁵ of the sin offering,²⁴⁰³ which⁸³⁴ was for himself.

9  And the sons¹¹²¹ of Aaron¹⁷⁵ brought^{7126 853} the blood¹⁸¹⁸ unto⁴¹³ him: and he dipped²⁸⁸¹ his finger⁶⁷⁶ in the blood,¹⁸¹⁸ and put⁵⁴¹⁴ it upon⁵⁹²¹ the horns⁷¹⁶¹ of the altar,⁴¹⁹⁶ and poured out³³³² the blood¹⁸¹⁸ at⁴¹³ the bottom³²⁴⁷ of the altar:⁴¹⁹⁶

10  But the fat,²⁴⁵⁹ and the kidneys,³⁶²⁹ and the caul³⁵⁰⁸ above⁴⁴⁸⁰ the liver³⁵¹⁶ of⁴⁴⁸⁰ the sin offering,²⁴⁰³ he burnt⁶⁹⁹⁹ upon the altar;⁴¹⁹⁶ as⁸³⁴ the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ commanded^{6680 853} Moses.⁴⁸⁷²

11  And the flesh¹³²⁰ and the hide⁵⁷⁸⁵ he burnt⁸³¹³ with fire⁷⁸⁴ without^{4480 2351} the camp.⁴²⁶⁴

12  And he slew^{7819 853} the burnt offering;⁵⁹³⁰ and Aaron's¹⁷⁵ sons¹¹²¹ presented⁴⁶⁷² unto⁴¹³ him ⁸⁵³ the blood,¹⁸¹⁸ which he sprinkled²²³⁶ round about⁵⁴³⁹ upon⁵⁹²¹ the altar.⁴¹⁹⁶

13  And they presented⁴⁶⁷² the burnt offering⁵⁹³⁰ unto⁴¹³ him, with the pieces⁵⁴⁰⁹ thereof, and the head:⁷²¹⁸ and he burnt⁶⁹⁹⁹ them upon⁵⁹²¹ the altar.⁴¹⁹⁶

14  And he did wash^{7364 853} the inwards⁷¹³⁰ and the legs,³⁷⁶⁷ and burnt⁶⁹⁹⁹ them upon⁵⁹²¹ the burnt offering⁵⁹³⁰ on the altar.⁴¹⁹⁶

15  And he brought^{7126 853} the people's⁵⁹⁷¹ offering,⁷¹³³ and took^{3947 853} the goat,⁸¹⁶³ which⁸³⁴ was the sin offering²⁴⁰³ for the people,⁵⁹⁷¹ and slew⁷⁸¹⁹ it, and offered it for sin,²³⁹⁸ as the first.⁷²²³

16  And he brought^{7126 853} the burnt offering,⁵⁹³⁰ and offered⁶²¹³ it according to the manner.⁴⁹⁴¹

17  And he brought^{7126 853} the meat offering,⁴⁵⁰³ and took a handful^{4390 3709} thereof,⁴⁴⁸⁰ and burnt⁶⁹⁹⁹ it upon⁵⁹²¹ the altar,⁴¹⁹⁶ beside^{4480 905} the burnt sacrifice⁵⁹³⁰ of the morning.¹²⁴²

18  He slew⁷⁸¹⁹ also ⁸⁵³ the bullock⁷⁷⁹⁴ and the ram³⁵² for a sacrifice²⁰⁷⁷ of peace offerings,⁸⁰⁰² which⁸³⁴ was for the people:⁵⁹⁷¹ and Aaron's¹⁷⁵ sons¹¹²¹ presented⁴⁶⁷² unto⁴¹³ him the blood,¹⁸¹⁸ which he sprinkled²²³⁶ upon⁵⁹²¹ the altar⁴¹⁹⁶ round about,⁵⁴³⁹

19  And the fat²⁴⁵⁹ of⁴⁴⁸⁰ the bullock⁷⁷⁹⁴ and of⁴⁴⁸⁰ the ram,³⁵² the rump,⁴⁵¹ and that which covereth⁴³⁷⁴ the inwards, and the kidneys,³⁶²⁹ and the caul³⁵⁰⁸ above the liver:³⁵¹⁶

20  And they put^{7760 853} the fat²⁴⁵⁹ upon⁵⁹²¹ the breasts,²³⁷³ and he burnt⁶⁹⁹⁹ the fat²⁴⁵⁹ upon the altar:⁴¹⁹⁶

21  And the breasts²³⁷³ and the right³²²⁵ shoulder⁷⁷⁸⁵ Aaron¹⁷⁵ waved⁵¹³⁰ for a wave offering⁸⁵⁷³ before⁶⁴⁴⁰ the LORD;³⁰⁶⁸ as⁸³⁴ Moses⁴⁸⁷² commanded.⁶⁶⁸⁰

22  And Aaron¹⁷⁵ lifted up^{5375 853} his hand³⁰²⁷ toward⁴¹³ the people,⁵⁹⁷¹ and blessed¹²⁸⁸ them, and came down³³⁸¹ from offering^{4480 6213} of the sin offering,²⁴⁰³ and the burnt offering,⁵⁹³⁰ and peace offerings.⁸⁰⁰²

23  And Moses⁴⁸⁷² and Aaron¹⁷⁵ went⁹³⁵ into⁴¹³ the tabernacle¹⁶⁸ of the congregation,⁴¹⁵⁰ and came out,³³¹⁸ and blessed^{1288 853} the people:⁵⁹⁷¹ and the glory³⁵¹⁹ of the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ appeared⁷²⁰⁰ unto⁴¹³ all³⁶⁰⁵ the people.⁵⁹⁷¹

24  And there came a fire out^{3318 784} from before^{4480 6440} the LORD,³⁰⁶⁸ and consumed³⁹⁸ upon⁵⁹²¹ the altar^{4196 853} the burnt offering⁵⁹³⁰ and the fat:²⁴⁵⁹ which when all³⁶⁰⁵ the people⁵⁹⁷¹ saw,⁷²⁰⁰ they shouted,⁷⁴⁴² and fell⁵³⁰⁷ on⁵⁹²¹ their faces.⁶⁴⁴⁰

1 καὶ ἐγενήθη τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τῇ ὀγδόῃ ἐκάλεσεν Μωυσῆς Ααρων καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς αὐτοῦ καὶ τὴν γερουσίαν Ισραηλ

2 καὶ εἶπεν Μωυσῆς πρὸς Ααρων λαβὲ σεαυτῷ μοσχάριον ἐκ βοῶν περὶ ἁμαρτίας καὶ κριὸν εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα ἄμωμα καὶ προσένεγκε αὐτὰ ἔναντι κυρίου

3 καὶ τῇ γερουσίᾳ Ισραηλ λάλησον λέγων λάβετε χίμαρον ἐξ αἰγῶν ἕνα περὶ ἁμαρτίας καὶ μοσχάριον καὶ ἀμνὸν ἐνιαύσιον εἰς ὁλοκάρπωσιν ἄμωμα

4 καὶ μόσχον καὶ κριὸν εἰς θυσίαν σωτηρίου ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ σεμίδαλιν πεφυραμένην ἐν ἐλαίῳ ὅτι σήμερον κύριος ὀφθήσεται ἐν ὑμῖν

5 καὶ ἔλαβον καθὸ ἐνετείλατο Μωυσῆς ἀπέναντι τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ προσῆλθεν πᾶσα συναγωγὴ καὶ ἔστησαν ἔναντι κυρίου

6 καὶ εἶπεν Μωυσῆς τοῦτο τὸ ῥῆμα ὃ εἶπεν κύριος ποιήσατε καὶ ὀφθήσεται ἐν ὑμῖν δόξα κυρίου

7 καὶ εἶπεν Μωυσῆς τῷ Ααρων πρόσελθε πρὸς τὸ θυσιαστήριον καὶ ποίησον τὸ περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας σου καὶ τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμά σου καὶ ἐξίλασαι περὶ σεαυτοῦ καὶ τοῦ οἴκου σου καὶ ποίησον τὰ δῶρα τοῦ λαοῦ καὶ ἐξίλασαι περὶ αὐτῶν καθάπερ ἐνετείλατο κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ

8 καὶ προσῆλθεν Ααρων πρὸς τὸ θυσιαστήριον καὶ ἔσφαξεν τὸ μοσχάριον τὸ περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας

9 καὶ προσήνεγκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων τὸ αἷμα πρὸς αὐτόν καὶ ἔβαψεν τὸν δάκτυλον εἰς τὸ αἷμα καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπὶ τὰ κέρατα τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου καὶ τὸ αἷμα ἐξέχεεν ἐπὶ τὴν βάσιν τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου

10 καὶ τὸ στέαρ καὶ τοὺς νεφροὺς καὶ τὸν λοβὸν τοῦ ἥπατος τοῦ περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας ἀνήνεγκεν ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον ὃν τρόπον ἐνετείλατο κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ

11 καὶ τὰ κρέα καὶ τὴν βύρσαν κατέκαυσεν αὐτὰ πυρὶ ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς

12 καὶ ἔσφαξεν τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα καὶ προσήνεγκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων τὸ αἷμα πρὸς αὐτόν καὶ προσέχεεν ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κύκλῳ

13 καὶ τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα προσήνεγκαν αὐτῷ κατὰ μέλη αὐτὰ καὶ τὴν κεφαλήν καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον

14 καὶ ἔπλυνεν τὴν κοιλίαν καὶ τοὺς πόδας ὕδατι καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπὶ τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον

15 καὶ προσήνεγκαν τὸ δῶρον τοῦ λαοῦ καὶ ἔλαβεν τὸν χίμαρον τὸν περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας τοῦ λαοῦ καὶ ἔσφαξεν αὐτὸ καθὰ καὶ τὸ πρῶτον

16 καὶ προσήνεγκεν τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα καὶ ἐποίησεν αὐτό ὡς καθήκει

17 καὶ προσήνεγκεν τὴν θυσίαν καὶ ἔπλησεν τὰς χεῖρας ἀπ᾽ αὐτῆς καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον χωρὶς τοῦ ὁλοκαυτώματος τοῦ πρωινοῦ

18 καὶ ἔσφαξεν τὸν μόσχον καὶ τὸν κριὸν τῆς θυσίας τοῦ σωτηρίου τῆς τοῦ λαοῦ καὶ προσήνεγκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων τὸ αἷμα πρὸς αὐτόν καὶ προσέχεεν πρὸς τὸ θυσιαστήριον κύκλῳ

19 καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἀπὸ τοῦ μόσχου καὶ τοῦ κριοῦ τὴν ὀσφὴν καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ κατακαλύπτον ἐπὶ τῆς κοιλίας καὶ τοὺς δύο νεφροὺς καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπ᾽ αὐτῶν καὶ τὸν λοβὸν τὸν ἐπὶ τοῦ ἥπατος

20 καὶ ἐπέθηκεν τὰ στέατα ἐπὶ τὰ στηθύνια καὶ ἀνήνεγκαν τὰ στέατα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον

21 καὶ τὸ στηθύνιον καὶ τὸν βραχίονα τὸν δεξιὸν ἀφεῖλεν Ααρων ἀφαίρεμα ἔναντι κυρίου ὃν τρόπον συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ

22 καὶ ἐξάρας Ααρων τὰς χεῖρας ἐπὶ τὸν λαὸν εὐλόγησεν αὐτούς καὶ κατέβη ποιήσας τὸ περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας καὶ τὰ ὁλοκαυτώματα καὶ τὰ τοῦ σωτηρίου

23 καὶ εἰσῆλθεν Μωυσῆς καὶ Ααρων εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ ἐξελθόντες εὐλόγησαν πάντα τὸν λαόν καὶ ὤφθη ἡ δόξα κυρίου παντὶ τῷ λαῷ

24 καὶ ἐξῆλθεν πῦρ παρὰ κυρίου καὶ κατέφαγεν τὰ ἐπὶ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου τά τε ὁλοκαυτώματα καὶ τὰ στέατα καὶ εἶδεν πᾶς ὁ λαὸς καὶ ἐξέστη καὶ ἔπεσαν ἐπὶ πρόσωπον

‎1 ‏וַיְהִי֙ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַשְּׁמִינִ֔י קָרָ֣א מֹשֶׁ֔ה לְאַהֲרֹ֖ן וּלְבָנָ֑יו וּלְזִקְנֵ֖י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

‎2 ‏וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֶֽל־אַהֲרֹ֗ן קַח־לְ֠ךָ עֵ֣גֶל בֶּן־בָּקָ֧ר לְחַטָּ֛את וְאַ֥יִל לְעֹלָ֖ה תְּמִימִ֑ם וְהַקְרֵ֖ב לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃

‎3 ‏וְאֶל־בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל תְּדַבֵּ֣ר לֵאמֹ֑ר קְח֤וּ שְׂעִיר־עִזִּים֙ לְחַטָּ֔את וְעֵ֨גֶל וָכֶ֧בֶשׂ בְּנֵי־שָׁנָ֛ה תְּמִימִ֖ם לְעֹלָֽה׃

‎4 ‏וְשׁ֨וֹר וָאַ֜יִל לִשְׁלָמִ֗ים לִזְבֹּ֙חַ֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה וּמִנְחָ֖ה בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשָּׁ֑מֶן כִּ֣י הַיּ֔וֹם יְהוָ֖ה נִרְאָ֥ה אֲלֵיכֶֽם׃

‎5 ‏וַיִּקְח֗וּ אֵ֚ת אֲשֶׁ֣ר צִוָּ֣ה מֹשֶׁ֔ה אֶל־פְּנֵ֖י אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וַֽיִּקְרְבוּ֙ כָּל־הָ֣עֵדָ֔ה וַיַּֽעַמְד֖וּ לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃

‎6 ‏וַיֹּ֣אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֔ה זֶ֧ה הַדָּבָ֛ר אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה תַּעֲשׂ֑וּ וְיֵרָ֥א אֲלֵיכֶ֖ם כְּב֥וֹד יְהוָֽה׃

‎7 ‏וַיֹּ֨אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֜ה אֶֽל־אַהֲרֹ֗ן קְרַ֤ב אֶל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ וַעֲשֵׂ֞ה אֶת־חַטָּֽאתְךָ֙ וְאֶת־עֹ֣לָתֶ֔ךָ וְכַפֵּ֥ר בַּֽעַדְךָ֖ וּבְעַ֣ד הָעָ֑ם וַעֲשֵׂ֞ה אֶת־קָרְבַּ֤ן הָעָם֙ וְכַפֵּ֣ר בַּֽעֲדָ֔ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָֽה׃

‎8 ‏וַיִּקְרַ֥ב אַהֲרֹ֖ן אֶל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ וַיִּשְׁחַ֛ט אֶת־עֵ֥גֶל הַחַטָּ֖את אֲשֶׁר־לֽוֹ׃

‎9 ‏וַ֠יַּקְרִבוּ בְּנֵ֨י אַהֲרֹ֣ן אֶת־הַדָּם֮ אֵלָיו֒ וַיִּטְבֹּ֤ל אֶצְבָּעוֹ֙ בַּדָּ֔ם וַיִּתֵּ֖ן עַל־קַרְנ֣וֹת הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ וְאֶת־הַדָּ֣ם יָצַ֔ק אֶל־יְס֖וֹד הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃

‎10 ‏וְאֶת־הַחֵ֨לֶב וְאֶת־הַכְּלָיֹ֜ת וְאֶת־הַיֹּתֶ֤רֶת מִן־הַכָּבֵד֙ מִן־הַ֣חַטָּ֔את הִקְטִ֖יר הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חָה כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה׃

‎11 ‏וְאֶת־הַבָּשָׂ֖ר וְאֶת־הָע֑וֹר שָׂרַ֣ף בָּאֵ֔שׁ מִח֖וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃

‎12 ‏וַיִּשְׁחַ֖ט אֶת־הָעֹלָ֑ה וַ֠יַּמְצִאוּ בְּנֵ֨י אַהֲרֹ֤ן אֵלָיו֙ אֶת־הַדָּ֔ם וַיִּזְרְקֵ֥הוּ עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב׃

‎13 ‏וְאֶת־הָעֹלָ֗ה הִמְצִ֧יאוּ אֵלָ֛יו לִנְתָחֶ֖יהָ וְאֶת־הָרֹ֑אשׁ וַיַּקְטֵ֖ר עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃

‎14 ‏וַיִּרְחַ֥ץ אֶת־הַקֶּ֖רֶב וְאֶת־הַכְּרָעָ֑יִם וַיַּקְטֵ֥ר עַל־הָעֹלָ֖ה הַמִּזְבֵּֽחָה׃

‎15 ‏וַיַּקְרֵ֕ב אֵ֖ת קָרְבַּ֣ן הָעָ֑ם וַיִּקַּ֞ח אֶת־שְׂעִ֤יר הַֽחַטָּאת֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לָעָ֔ם וַיִּשְׁחָטֵ֥הוּ וַֽיְחַטְּאֵ֖הוּ כָּרִאשֽׁוֹן׃

‎16 ‏וַיַּקְרֵ֖ב אֶת־הָעֹלָ֑ה וַֽיַּעֲשֶׂ֖הָ כַּמִּשְׁפָּֽט׃

‎17 ‏וַיַּקְרֵב֮ אֶת־הַמִּנְחָה֒ וַיְמַלֵּ֤א כַפּוֹ֙ מִמֶּ֔נָּה וַיַּקְטֵ֖ר עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ מִלְּבַ֖ד עֹלַ֥ת הַבֹּֽקֶר׃

‎18 ‏וַיִּשְׁחַ֤ט אֶת־הַשּׁוֹר֙ וְאֶת־הָאַ֔יִל זֶ֥בַח הַשְּׁלָמִ֖ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר לָעָ֑ם וַ֠יַּמְצִאוּ בְּנֵ֨י אַהֲרֹ֤ן אֶת־הַדָּם֙ אֵלָ֔יו וַיִּזְרְקֵ֥הוּ עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב׃

‎19 ‏וְאֶת־הַחֲלָבִ֖ים מִן־הַשּׁ֑וֹר וּמִן־הָאַ֔יִל הָֽאַלְיָ֤ה וְהַֽמְכַסֶּה֙ וְהַכְּלָיֹ֔ת וְיֹתֶ֖רֶת הַכָּבֵֽד׃

‎20 ‏וַיָּשִׂ֥ימוּ אֶת־הַחֲלָבִ֖ים עַל־הֶחָז֑וֹת וַיַּקְטֵ֥ר הַחֲלָבִ֖ים הַמִּזְבֵּֽחָה׃

‎21 ‏וְאֵ֣ת הֶחָז֗וֹת וְאֵת֙ שׁ֣וֹק הַיָּמִ֔ין הֵנִ֧יף אַהֲרֹ֛ן תְּנוּפָ֖ה לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר צִוָּ֥ה מֹשֶֽׁה׃

‎22 ‏וַיִּשָּׂ֨א אַהֲרֹ֧ן אֶת־ידו יָדָ֛יו אֶל־הָעָ֖ם וַֽיְבָרְכֵ֑ם וַיֵּ֗רֶד מֵעֲשֹׂ֧ת הַֽחַטָּ֛את וְהָעֹלָ֖ה וְהַשְּׁלָמִֽים׃

‎23 ‏וַיָּבֹ֨א מֹשֶׁ֤ה וְאַהֲרֹן֙ אֶל־אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֔ד וַיֵּ֣צְא֔וּ וַֽיְבָרֲכ֖וּ אֶת־הָעָ֑ם וַיֵּרָ֥א כְבוֹד־יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־כָּל־הָעָֽם׃

‎24 ‏וַתֵּ֤צֵא אֵשׁ֙ מִלִּפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה וַתֹּ֙אכַל֙ עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַ אֶת־הָעֹלָ֖ה וְאֶת־הַחֲלָבִ֑ים וַיַּ֤רְא כָּל־הָעָם֙ וַיָּרֹ֔נּוּ וַֽיִּפְּל֖וּ עַל־פְּנֵיהֶֽם׃

Vul

1 Facto autem octavo die, vocavit Moyses Aaron, et filios ejus, ac majores natu Israël, dixitque ad Aaron:

2 Tolle de armento vitulum pro peccato, et arietem in holocaustum, utrumque immaculatum, et offer illos coram Domino.

3 Et ad filios Israël loqueris: Tollite hircum pro peccato, et vitulum, atque agnum, anniculos, et sine macula in holocaustum,

4 bovem et arietem pro pacificis: et immolate eos coram Domino, in sacrificio singulorum similam conspersam oleo offerentes: hodie enim Dominus apparebit vobis.

5 Tulerunt ergo cuncta quæ jusserat Moyses ad ostium tabernaculi: ubi cum omnis multitudo astaret,

6 ait Moyses: Iste est sermo, quem præcepit Dominus: facite, et apparebit vobis gloria ejus.

7 Et dixit ad Aaron: Accede ad altare, et immola pro peccato tuo: offer holocaustum, et deprecare pro te et pro populo: cumque mactaveris hostiam populi, ora pro eo, sicut præcepit Dominus.

8 Statimque Aaron accedens ad altare, immolavit vitulum pro peccato suo:

9 cujus sanguinem obtulerunt ei filii sui: in quo tingens digitum, tetigit cornua altaris, et fudit residuum ad basim ejus.

10 Adipemque, et renunculos, ac reticulum jecoris, quæ sunt pro peccato, adolevit super altare, sicut præceperat Dominus Moysi:

11 carnes vero et pellem ejus extra castra combussit igni.

12 Immolavit et holocausti victimam: obtuleruntque ei filii sui sanguinem ejus, quem fudit per altaris circuitum.

13 Ipsam etiam hostiam in frusta concisam, cum capite et membris singulis obtulerunt; quæ omnia super altare cremavit igni,

14 lotis aqua prius intestinis et pedibus.

15 Et pro peccato populi offerens, mactavit hircum: expiatoque altari,

16 fecit holocaustum,

17 addens in sacrificio libamenta, quæ pariter offeruntur, et adolens ea super altare, absque cæremoniis holocausti matutini.

18 Immolavit et bovem atque arietem, hostias pacificas populi: obtuleruntque ei filii sui sanguinem, quem fudit super altare in circuitum.

19 Adipem autem bovis, et caudam arietis, renunculosque cum adipibus suis, et reticulum jecoris,

20 posuerunt super pectora: cumque cremati essent adipes super altare,

21 pectora eorum, et armos dextros separavit Aaron, elevans coram Domino, sicut præceperat Moyses.

22 Et extendens manus ad populum, benedixit ei. Sicque completis hostiis pro peccato, et holocaustis, et pacificis, descendit.

23 Ingressi autem Moyses et Aaron in tabernaculum testimonii, et deinceps egressi, benedixerunt populo. Apparuitque gloria Domini omni multitudini:

24 et ecce egressus ignis a Domino, devoravit holocaustum, et adipes qui erant super altare. Quod cum vidissent turbæ, laudaverunt Dominum, ruentes in facies suas.
