1  To the chief Musician,⁵³²⁹ A Psalm⁴²¹⁰ for the sons¹¹²¹ of Korah.⁷¹⁴¹ O clap⁸⁶²⁸ your hands,³⁷⁰⁹ all³⁶⁰⁵ ye people;⁵⁹⁷¹ shout⁷³²¹ unto God⁴³⁰ with the voice⁶⁹⁶³ of triumph.⁷⁴⁴⁰

2  For³⁵⁸⁸ the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ most high⁵⁹⁴⁵ is terrible;³³⁷² he is a great¹⁴¹⁹ King⁴⁴²⁸ over⁵⁹²¹ all³⁶⁰⁵ the earth.⁷⁷⁶

3  He shall subdue¹⁶⁹⁶ the people⁵⁹⁷¹ under⁸⁴⁷⁸ us, and the nations³⁸¹⁶ under⁸⁴⁷⁸ our feet.⁷²⁷²

4  He shall choose^{977 853} our inheritance⁵¹⁵⁹ for us, ⁸⁵³ the excellency¹³⁴⁷ of Jacob³²⁹⁰ whom⁸³⁴ he loved.¹⁵⁷ Selah.⁵⁵⁴²

5  God⁴³⁰ is gone up⁵⁹²⁷ with a shout,⁸⁶⁴³ the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ with the sound⁶⁹⁶³ of a trumpet.⁷⁷⁸²

6  Sing praises²¹⁶⁷ to God,⁴³⁰ sing praises:²¹⁶⁷ sing praises²¹⁶⁷ unto our King,⁴⁴²⁸ sing praises.²¹⁶⁷

7  For³⁵⁸⁸ God⁴³⁰ is the King⁴⁴²⁸ of all³⁶⁰⁵ the earth:⁷⁷⁶ sing ye praises²¹⁶⁷ with understanding.⁷⁹¹⁹

8  God⁴³⁰ reigneth⁴⁴²⁷ over⁵⁹²¹ the heathen:¹⁴⁷¹ God⁴³⁰ sitteth³⁴²⁷ upon⁵⁹²¹ the throne³⁶⁷⁸ of his holiness.⁶⁹⁴⁴

9  The princes⁵⁰⁸¹ of the people⁵⁹⁷¹ are gathered together,⁶²² even the people⁵⁹⁷¹ of the God⁴³⁰ of Abraham:⁸⁵ for³⁵⁸⁸ the shields⁴⁰⁴³ of the earth⁷⁷⁶ belong unto God:⁴³⁰ he is greatly³⁹⁶⁶ exalted.⁵⁹²⁷

2 μέγας κύριος καὶ αἰνετὸς σφόδρα ἐν πόλει τοῦ θεοῦ ἡμῶν ὄρει ἁγίῳ αὐτοῦ

3 εὖ ῥιζῶν ἀγαλλιάματι πάσης τῆς γῆς ὄρη Σιων τὰ πλευρὰ τοῦ βορρᾶ ἡ πόλις τοῦ βασιλέως τοῦ μεγάλου

4 ὁ θεὸς ἐν ταῖς βάρεσιν αὐτῆς γινώσκεται ὅταν ἀντιλαμβάνηται αὐτῆς

5 ὅτι ἰδοὺ οἱ βασιλεῖς συνήχθησαν ἤλθοσαν ἐπὶ τὸ αὐτό

6 αὐτοὶ ἰδόντες οὕτως ἐθαύμασαν ἐταράχθησαν ἐσαλεύθησαν

7 τρόμος ἐπελάβετο αὐτῶν ἐκεῖ ὠδῖνες ὡς τικτούσης

8 ἐν πνεύματι βιαίῳ συντρίψεις πλοῖα Θαρσις

9 καθάπερ ἠκούσαμεν οὕτως εἴδομεν ἐν πόλει κυρίου τῶν δυνάμεων ἐν πόλει τοῦ θεοῦ ἡμῶν ὁ θεὸς ἐθεμελίωσεν αὐτὴν εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα διάψαλμα

10 ὑπελάβομεν ὁ θεός τὸ ἔλεός σου ἐν μέσῳ τοῦ ναοῦ σου

11 κατὰ τὸ ὄνομά σου ὁ θεός οὕτως καὶ ἡ αἴνεσίς σου ἐπὶ τὰ πέρατα τῆς γῆς δικαιοσύνης πλήρης ἡ δεξιά σου

12 εὐφρανθήτω τὸ ὄρος Σιων ἀγαλλιάσθωσαν αἱ θυγατέρες τῆς Ιουδαίας ἕνεκεν τῶν κριμάτων σου κύριε

13 κυκλώσατε Σιων καὶ περιλάβετε αὐτήν διηγήσασθε ἐν τοῖς πύργοις αὐτῆς

14 θέσθε τὰς καρδίας ὑμῶν εἰς τὴν δύναμιν αὐτῆς καὶ καταδιέλεσθε τὰς βάρεις αὐτῆς ὅπως ἂν διηγήσησθε εἰς γενεὰν ἑτέραν

15 ὅτι οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ θεὸς ὁ θεὸς ἡμῶν εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα καὶ εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα τοῦ αἰῶνος αὐτὸς ποιμανεῖ ἡμᾶς εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας

‎7 ‏זַמְּר֣וּ אֱלֹהִ֣ים זַמֵּ֑רוּ זַמְּר֖וּ לְמַלְכֵּ֣נוּ זַמֵּֽרוּ׃

‎8 ‏כִּ֤י מֶ֖לֶךְ כָּל־הָאָ֥רֶץ אֱלֹהִ֗ים זַמְּר֥וּ מַשְׂכִּֽיל׃

‎9 ‏מָלַ֣ךְ אֱ֭לֹהִים עַל־גּוֹיִ֑ם אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים יָשַׁ֤ב׀ עַל־כִּסֵּ֬א קָדְשֽׁוֹ׃

‎10 ‏נְדִ֘יבֵ֤י עַמִּ֨ים׀ נֶאֱסָ֗פוּ עַם֮ אֱלֹהֵ֪י אַבְרָ֫הָ֥ם כִּ֣י לֵֽ֭אלֹהִים מָֽגִנֵּי־אֶ֗רֶץ מְאֹ֣ד נַעֲלָֽה׃

1 Psalmus cantici. Filiis Core, secunda sabbati.

2 [Magnus Dominus et laudabilis nimis,
in civitate Dei nostri, in monte sancto ejus.

3 Fundatur exsultatione universæ terræ mons Sion;
latera aquilonis, civitas regis magni.

4 Deus in domibus ejus cognoscetur
cum suscipiet eam.

5 Quoniam ecce reges terræ congregati sunt;
convenerunt in unum.

6 Ipsi videntes, sic admirati sunt,
conturbati sunt, commoti sunt.

7 Tremor apprehendit eos;
ibi dolores ut parturientis:

8 in spiritu vehementi conteres naves Tharsis.

9 Sicut audivimus, sic vidimus,
in civitate Domini virtutum, in civitate Dei nostri:
Deus fundavit eam in æternum.

10 Suscepimus, Deus, misericordiam tuam
in medio templi tui.

11 Secundum nomen tuum, Deus,
sic et laus tua in fines terræ;
justitia plena est dextera tua.

12 Lætetur mons Sion,
et exsultent filiæ Judæ,
propter judicia tua, Domine.

13 Circumdate Sion, et complectimini eam;
narrate in turribus ejus.

14 Ponite corda vestra in virtute ejus,
et distribuite domos ejus, ut enarretis in progenie altera.

15 Quoniam hic est Deus,
Deus noster in æternum, et in sæculum sæculi:
